Lab Testing

Finding the Root Cause of the Problem

Lab testing is a foundational aspect of functional medicine because it helps us see beyond symptoms to the root cause of what’s ailing you. Additionally, proper labs help us detect if you are headed toward a disease, head off potential challenges well before they occur, and track the effectiveness of your protocol.

We Test. Don't Guess.

We utilize a variety of assessments to get a clear look at your state of health. This often includes comprehensive blood work, stool, salivary and immunological testing to assess how well your organs and bodily systems are functioning. Our tests are unique in both testing depth and results analysis.

As an example, a full thyroid panel can show nine different markers including potential antibody involvement and the lab values will also indicate if the thyroid pathway is operating properly. If the thyroid is not functioning well, it can point us to where the breakdown is occurring.

In addition, these assessments can also help evaluate and detect:

  • Gut Health Imbalances
  • Hormone Levels
  • Cortisol Levels
  • Anemias
  • Blood Sugar Imbalance
  • Inflammation
  • Kidney, Liver, Gallbladder function
  • Immune System Function
  • Food Sensitivities
  • Chemical Sensitivities including Heavy Metals
  • Nutritional Deficiencies
  • Chronic Infections including Parasites
